1. Acceptance of Terms

 Welcome to MC Vendor Hub, It is an all-in-one business management platform designed for MSMEs. It offers tools like a leads, dedicated webpage, billing & POS, accounts, inventory, HRM, project management, client management, task management, and lead management — everything your business needs in one place. By accessing or using the MC Vendor Hub mobile application, website, or any related services (“MC Vendor Hub Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).  If you do not accept or agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform. These Terms govern all interactions between you and My Chitti Technologies Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Legal Status of the Document

This document is an electronic record in terms of the amended Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules and regulation made thereunder. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the Terms for access or usage of MC Vendor Hub service via MC Vendor Hub Portals. This document meets the stipulations and conditions mentioned in Section 65B (2) of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872.

3. Definitions

As used in these Terms of Service, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “MC”, “ Chitti ” and “MC Vendor Hub”  refers to MY CHITTI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and its parent entity. “Platform” refers to the MC Vendor Hub  website, mobile application, and related services. “User”,  "You" or "Your",  "Vendor",  "MC Vendor",  "MC Vendor Staff" refers to any individual or business using the platform. MC Vendor Hub is a comprehensive business and professional platform that helps vendors, service providers, and enterprises manage their operations digitally.

4. Changes to Terms & Platform

MC Vendor Hub reserves the right to modify, update, revise, or discontinue any part of:

Platform features or services
Website, applications, or related tools
Such changes may be made at any time, with or without prior notice, at the sole discretion of My Chitti Technologies Pvt Ltd.
Updated Terms will be published on the MC Vendor Hub platform or website.
All revised Terms become effective immediately upon posting.
Vendors are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.
👉 Continued access to or use of MC Vendor Hub after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

5. Use of Platform Materials & Content

MC Vendor Hub and its affiliated platforms use a wide range of proprietary materials, including but not limited to:
Information, text, data, and written content
Business listings and structured data
Designs, layouts, graphics, logos, icons, and images
Audio, video, animations, and visual effects
Software interfaces, workflows, and system architecture
Advertisements, promotional content, and platform-generated materials
(collectively referred to as “Materials”)
These Materials are provided through the MC Vendor Hub platform solely to enable Vendors to use the platform’s services.
Permitted Use
Vendors may use the Materials:
Only for legitimate business purposes related to their own use of MC Vendor Hub
Only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws
Restricted Use
Vendors shall NOT:
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Materials.
Use Materials for purposes outside the MC Vendor Hub platform
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use platform content to create competing products, services, or directories
Scrape, extract, or reuse data, designs, or content without written permission
All Materials are either owned by or licensed to My Chitti Technologies Pvt Ltd, and all intellectual property rights are strictly reserved.

6. Use of MC Vendor Hub Trademarks & Branding

All company names, logos, product names, service names, design marks, slogans, and branding elements associated with MC Vendor Hub are trademarks and service marks owned by or licensed to My Chitti Technologies Pvt Ltd.
All other trademarks or service marks appearing on the platform belong to their respective owners.
Permitted Use
Vendors may use MC Vendor Hub branding only within the platform as required to operate their account.
Any copies of platform materials must retain all copyright, trademark, and proprietary notices.
Restricted Use
Vendors are NOT permitted to:
Use the MC Vendor Hub name, logo, or trademarks in:
Advertisements
Marketing materials
Social media promotions
Publicity, press releases, or endorsements
Imply partnership, sponsorship, or official association with MC Vendor Hub
Use branding for any commercial purpose outside the platform
👉 Prior written approval is mandatory for any external use of MC Vendor Hub branding.

7. How MC Vendor Hub May Use Information You Provide

Vendors are advised not to submit confidential or proprietary information unless explicitly required for platform operations.
Non-Confidential Submissions
Except for personal data protected under our Privacy Policy:
Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, queries, comments, or business inputs submitted to MC Vendor Hub shall be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
MC Vendor Hub assumes no obligation to protect such information from disclosure.
By submitting such information, Vendors grant MC Vendor Hub the unrestricted right to:
Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, store, publish, and distribute the information
Use ideas or concepts for:
Platform improvement
Product or service development
Operational, technical, or marketing purposes
without compensation or restriction.

8. Reviews, Ratings & User-Generated Content

MC Vendor Hub provides directory, listing, and business management services through multiple channels including:
Website
Mobile applications
SMS, Email, WhatsApp
In-app communication and phone calls
Any reviews, ratings, comments, feedback, or communications submitted by Vendors or users are subject to the following terms.
Responsibility for Content
Vendors and users are solely responsible for the content they submit.
Content includes (but is not limited to):  Reviews, Ratings, Comments, Messages, Feedback or responses (collectively referred to as “Communications”)
MC Vendor Hub:
Does not endorse any Communication
Does not guarantee accuracy or truthfulness
Does not accept responsibility for user-generated content
License to Use Communications
By submitting any public Communication on MC Vendor Hub, you grant MC Vendor Hub a: Non-exclusive, Worldwide, Perpetual, Irrevocable, Royalty-free, Sub-licensable
license to:
Use, store, reproduce, display, perform, distribute
Modify, adapt, edit, and create derivative works
Include such Communications in platform features, promotions, analytics, or compilations
Use across current and future platforms or technologies
This license is granted without compensation and survives account termination.
Content Restrictions
Communications must NOT:
Be false, misleading, defamatory, or abusive
Violate laws or third-party rights
Contain spam, promotional abuse, or harmful material
Impersonate others or misrepresent facts
MC Vendor Hub reserves the right to remove, moderate, restrict, or block any Communication at its sole discretion.

9. Content Disclaimer

MC Vendor Hub is a technology and business management platform operated by My Chitti Technologies Pvt Ltd. The platform provides tools and digital infrastructure that allow Vendors to publish and manage business-related content.
Third-Party Content Responsibility
All content displayed on MC Vendor Hub, including but not limited to:
Business profiles
Product and service descriptions
Pricing information
Images, videos, documents
Offers, advertisements, and promotions
Reviews, ratings, comments, and responses
is created, uploaded, and managed solely by Vendors or platform users.
MC Vendor Hub does not create, control, verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, quality, or reliability of such content.
No Warranty or Endorsement
All content is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
MC Vendor Hub does not warrant that any content is:
Accurate
Current
Error-free
Lawful
Suitable for any specific purpose
Display of any Vendor content does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or approval by MC Vendor Hub.
Limitation of Liability
MC Vendor Hub shall not be liable for:
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Vendor or user-generated content
Business losses, customer disputes, or damages arising from reliance on such content
Misrepresentation, false claims, or misleading information posted by Vendors
Decisions made by users or customers based on platform content
Users and Vendors are advised to independently verify all information before relying on it for business, financial, legal, or operational decisions.
Content Monitoring & Removal
While MC Vendor Hub is not obligated to monitor content, it reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
Review, moderate, edit, restrict, or remove any content
Disable access to content that violates:
Platform policies
Applicable laws
Third-party rights
Community or ethical standards
Such actions may be taken without prior notice.
Regulatory & Legal Compliance
Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that their content:
Complies with all applicable Indian laws and regulations
Does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or consumer protection laws
Does not mislead, deceive, or harm users or customers
Any legal consequences arising from content violations shall be the sole responsibility of the Vendor.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

MC Vendor Hub is a technology platform operated by My Chitti Technologies Pvt Ltd that provides digital tools, infrastructure, and services to Vendors on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
No Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, MC Vendor Hub expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:
Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
Any warranties regarding:
Business performance
Revenue generation
Lead quality or conversion
Customer engagement or satisfaction
Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of platform content
Any warranties that the platform will:
Be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
Meet Vendor expectations or business requirements
Be free from bugs, viruses, or technical defects
No Guarantee of Leads, Sales, or Business Results
MC Vendor Hub provides digital tools, visibility, and business management features to support Vendors.
However, MC Vendor Hub does not guarantee:
The number, quality, or conversion of leads or enquiries
Sales, revenue, profit, or business growth
Customer response, engagement, or repeat business
Business success or specific commercial outcomes
All leads, enquiries, and platform interactions are generated based on:
User behaviour
Market demand
Location, pricing, competition, and service quality
👉 Results may vary, and outcomes depend entirely on the Vendor’s offerings, pricing, responsiveness, service quality, and business practices.
MC Vendor Hub acts only as a technology facilitator and shall not be held liable for any loss of business, missed opportunities, or unmet expectations.

Third-Party Services & Integrations
MC Vendor Hub may integrate or provide access to third-party services, tools, APIs, or platforms (including payment gateways, messaging services, analytics tools, or communication channels).
MC Vendor Hub makes no warranties and assumes no responsibility or liability for:
Availability, performance, or reliability of third-party services
Data loss, delays, failures, or service interruptions caused by third parties
Errors or issues arising from external integrations
Vendor Responsibility
Vendors acknowledge and agree that:
Use of MC Vendor Hub is at their own risk
Vendors are solely responsible for:
Verifying platform suitability for their business
Backing up their data
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws
Evaluating outcomes derived from platform usage
MC Vendor Hub does not guarantee any specific results, business success, or financial outcomes.
No Professional Advice
Any information, tools, or features provided through MC Vendor Hub:
Do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, or professional advice
Vendors should seek independent professional advice before making business or compliance decisions
Jurisdictional Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties.
In such cases, the above exclusions shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. MC Verified, MC Trusted & MC Vendor Hub’s Rights – Disclaimer

MC Verified Stamp
The “MC Verified” stamp indicates that the Vendor has submitted certain basic information or documents (such as identity or business details) to MC Vendor Hub for verification purposes.
The MC Verified stamp does not mean:
Endorsement or recommendation by MC Vendor Hub
Certification of service quality, pricing, safety, or reliability
Guarantee of business legitimacy, performance, or outcomes
MC Vendor Hub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or ongoing validity of Vendor-provided information.
MC Trusted Stamp
The “MC Trusted” stamp is a platform-level indicator based on internal criteria such as:
Account history and activity
Responsiveness to enquiries
Compliance with platform policies
Customer interactions or feedback (where applicable)
The MC Trusted stamp:
Is not a warranty or assurance of service quality
Does not guarantee customer satisfaction or business results
May be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at MC Vendor Hub’s sole discretion
No Guarantee or Liability
MC Vendor Hub makes no representations or warranties regarding:
Vendor performance
Product or service quality
Pricing, delivery, or customer experience
Safety, legality, or compliance of Vendor services
Users and Vendors must conduct their own due diligence before engaging in any transaction.
MC Vendor Hub’s Rights
MC Vendor Hub reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:
Grant, deny, suspend, downgrade, or remove:
MC Verified stamp
MC Trusted stamp
Any badges, labels, or indicators
Modify the criteria, eligibility, or display of such stamps at any time
Remove stamps without prior notice in case of:
Policy violations
Misuse or misrepresentation
Fraud, complaints, or regulatory issues
Inactivity or inaccurate information
MC Vendor Hub’s decision regarding stamps, badges, or indicators shall be final and binding.
No Misrepresentation
Vendors shall not:
Misuse MC Verified or MC Trusted stamps
Claim certification, endorsement, or partnership
Use stamps outside the MC Vendor Hub platform without written permission
Any misuse may result in:
Immediate removal of stamps
Account suspension or termination
Legal action, where applicable

12. Coming-Soon Features, Stamps & Certifications – Disclaimer

MC Vendor Hub may introduce new features, tools, badges, stamps, certifications, labels, or programs from time to time, including but not limited to:
“Coming Soon” features
Future verification levels
Digital certificates
Advanced trust badges
Premium or paid recognitions
Compliance or performance indicators
No Guarantee of Availability
Any feature, stamp, badge, or certification marked as “Coming Soon” is indicative only.
MC Vendor Hub does not guarantee that such features or certifications will be launched, continued, or made available to all Vendors.
Availability, scope, eligibility, pricing, and timelines may change or be discontinued at any time.
No Endorsement or Warranty
Any future stamp, badge, or certificate:
Does not constitute legal certification, government approval, or professional accreditation
Does not guarantee service quality, compliance, safety, or business success
Does not imply endorsement, partnership, or recommendation by MC Vendor Hub
Eligibility & Criteria
Eligibility for future features, stamps, or certificates will be determined solely by MC Vendor Hub.
Criteria may include internal checks, usage history, documentation, customer interactions, or compliance status.
MC Vendor Hub reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria without prior notice.
MC Vendor Hub’s Absolute Rights
MC Vendor Hub reserves the unrestricted right to:
Introduce, modify, rename, suspend, or discontinue any feature, stamp, or certification
Grant or revoke access at its sole discretion
Withdraw or downgrade certifications or badges at any time
Charge fees for future premium features or certifications
MC Vendor Hub may re-verify vendor documents periodically or upon complaints.
All decisions related to future features, stamps, or certifications shall be final and binding.
No Claims or Misrepresentation
Vendors shall not:
Claim or advertise future stamps, certifications, or features as guaranteed
Use “Coming Soon” labels for marketing or customer assurance
Misrepresent eligibility or approval status
Any misuse may result in account suspension, removal of badges, or legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, My Chitti Technologies Pvt Ltd, operating MC Vendor Hub, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from the use of, or inability to use, the MC Vendor Hub platform.
No Indirect or Consequential Liability
MC Vendor Hub shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages
Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or reputation
Loss of data, customers, contracts, or anticipated savings
Business interruption or operational delays
Even if MC Vendor Hub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Vendor & Customer Interactions
MC Vendor Hub shall not be responsible or liable for:
Disputes between Vendors and customers
Service quality, pricing, delivery, warranties, or refunds
Fraud, misrepresentation, negligence, or misconduct by Vendors or customers
Decisions made by users based on listings, reviews, badges, or stamps
MC Vendor Hub acts only as a technology facilitator and is not a party to any transaction or contract between Vendors and customers.
Platform & Technical Issues
MC Vendor Hub shall not be liable for:
Platform downtime, server outages, or maintenance interruptions
Network failures, third-party service disruptions, or internet issues
Software bugs, errors, delays, or compatibility issues
Data loss or unauthorized access beyond reasonable security measures
Use of the platform is entirely at the Vendor’s own risk.
Third-Party Services
MC Vendor Hub may integrate or rely on third-party services (including payment gateways, messaging services, analytics tools, or APIs).
MC Vendor Hub shall not be liable for:
Failures or errors of third-party services
Delays, data loss, or service interruptions caused by external providers
Disputes arising from third-party integrations
Maximum Liability Cap
If, notwithstanding the above limitations, MC Vendor Hub is held liable for any claim, loss, or damage:
The total aggregate liability of MC Vendor Hub shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the Vendor to MC Vendor Hub during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Jurisdictional Limitation
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities.
In such cases, MC Vendor Hub’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Third-Party Sites & External Links

MC Vendor Hub may contain links to third-party websites, applications, services, or platforms, including but not limited to:
Vendor websites
Payment gateways
Messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp)
Maps, logistics, analytics, or other external tools
(third-party services collectively referred to as “Third-Party Sites”).
No Control or Endorsement
MC Vendor Hub, operated by My Chitti Technologies Pvt Ltd, does not own, operate, control, or endorse any Third-Party Sites.
Links are provided solely for convenience and informational purposes.
Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement, approval, sponsorship, or association.
Use at Your Own Risk
Access to and use of Third-Party Sites is entirely at your own risk.
MC Vendor Hub makes no representations or warranties regarding:
Content accuracy or legality
Availability, security, or performance
Privacy practices or data handling
Products, services, pricing, or outcomes offered by third parties
Users and Vendors should review the terms and privacy policies of Third-Party Sites before engaging with them.
Limitation of Liability
MC Vendor Hub shall not be liable for:
Any loss, damage, or dispute arising from interactions with Third-Party Sites
Data loss, security breaches, or service interruptions caused by third parties
Payments, refunds, warranties, or service failures involving third-party providers
Any transactions or interactions with Third-Party Sites are strictly between you and the third party.
Third-Party Integrations
Where MC Vendor Hub enables integrations with third-party services:
Such integrations are provided “AS IS”
MC Vendor Hub does not guarantee compatibility, continuity, or performance
Integration availability may change or be discontinued at any time

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My Chitti Technologies Pvt Ltd, MC Vendor Hub, and their respective directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
1. Vendor Actions & Content
Any information, content, listings, products, services, pricing, images, reviews, or communications submitted, published, or transmitted by you
Any false, misleading, inaccurate, unlawful, or infringing content
Any claim that your content violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of a third party
2. Vendor–Customer Interactions
Disputes, complaints, or claims between you and customers, users, or third parties
Issues related to service quality, delivery, pricing, warranties, refunds, cancellations, or misrepresentation
Any loss, damage, or injury arising from your products or services
3. Breach of Terms or Law
Your violation of these Terms & Conditions or any platform policies
Your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to:
Consumer Protection Act
GST and tax laws
Data protection and cyber laws
Advertising, telecom, or trade regulations
4. Account Misuse & Security
Unauthorized use of your account or credentials
Actions taken by your staff, agents, or representatives using your account
Failure to maintain confidentiality of login credentials or access controls
5. Third-Party Services & Integrations
Your use of third-party services, links, payment gateways, messaging platforms, or integrations enabled through MC Vendor Hub
Any disputes, failures, or damages arising from such third-party services
6. Platform Protection
Any attempt to disrupt, misuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, hack, or damage the MC Vendor Hub platform or infrastructure
Any claim or loss arising from interference with platform operations or security
Survival
This indemnification obligation shall survive the suspension or termination of your account and continued use of the platform.

16. Miscellaneous

1. Independent Relationship
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and My Chitti Technologies Pvt Ltd.
You act as an independent business entity while using MC Vendor Hub.
2. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or authority, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Waiver
Failure or delay by MC Vendor Hub to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, unless expressly stated in writing.
4. Assignment
Vendors may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from MC Vendor Hub.
MC Vendor Hub may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets without restriction.
5. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies, guidelines, or documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and MC Vendor Hub and supersede all prior agreements, discussions, or understandings, whether written or oral.
6. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are intended solely for the benefit of MC Vendor Hub and the Vendor.
No third party shall have any rights or claims under these Terms.
7. Survival of Provisions
Provisions relating to:
Intellectual property
Limitation of liability
Indemnification
Dispute resolution
Governing law
shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms.
8. Electronic Communications
You consent to receive all communications, notices, and disclosures from MC Vendor Hub electronically, including via email, platform notifications, SMS, or in-app messages.
Such communications shall be deemed legally valid and enforceable.
9. Headings
Headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision.
10. Force Majeure
MC Vendor Hub shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, power outages, or third-party service disruptions.

17. Subscription, Plans & Fees

MC Vendor Hub offers subscription-based access to certain features, tools, and services on the Platform. Subscription plans, pricing, features, and validity periods may vary based on the selected plan and may be updated from time to time by My Chitti Technologies Pvt Ltd.
1. Subscription Plans
Vendors may choose from free, trial, or paid subscription plans, as made available on the Platform.
Each plan includes specific features, limits, usage allowances, and validity periods.
Details of features, pricing, duration, and usage limits will be clearly displayed at the time of subscription.
MC Vendor Hub reserves the right to add, modify, upgrade, downgrade, or discontinue any subscription plan or feature at its sole discretion.
2. Subscription Fees & Payment
Subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, yearly, or otherwise) must be paid in advance, unless stated otherwise.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST or other statutory levies), unless explicitly mentioned.
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.
Failure to complete payment may result in restricted access, suspension, or downgrade of services.
3. Auto-Renewal (If Applicable)
Certain subscription plans may be set to auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Vendors will be informed of renewal terms at the time of subscription.
Vendors are responsible for managing their subscription settings and renewals.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Subscription to MC Vendor Hub:
Does not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, or customer conversion
Does not guarantee business visibility or ranking
Does not ensure customer engagement or response
MC Vendor Hub provides tools and infrastructure only. Business outcomes depend entirely on the Vendor’s offerings, pricing, responsiveness, service quality, and market conditions.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where expressly stated in writing.
Early cancellation does not entitle the Vendor to a refund or credit for unused periods.
In case of plan upgrades, any pricing adjustments will be communicated clearly.
6. Suspension for Non-Payment or Misuse
MC Vendor Hub reserves the right to:
Suspend, downgrade, or terminate subscriptions for:
Non-payment
Policy violations
Misuse or fraudulent activity
Disable premium features without notice in such cases
All outstanding dues remain payable.
7. Changes to Subscription Terms
MC Vendor Hub may revise:
Subscription pricing
Included features
Usage limits
Renewal terms
Such changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised subscription terms.
8. Taxes & Invoicing
Vendors are responsible for paying all applicable taxes.
Invoices will be issued electronically where applicable.

18. Payments & Payment Gateway

MC Vendor Hub facilitates subscription fees and other applicable charges through third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay.
Use of Razorpay
All online payments on MC Vendor Hub are processed securely through Razorpay or its authorized partners.
By making a payment, you agree to comply with:
Razorpay’s terms of service
Razorpay’s privacy and security policies
MC Vendor Hub does not store your card, UPI, banking, or wallet details.
Payment Processing Disclaimer
MC Vendor Hub acts only as a facilitator for payment processing and does not control or operate Razorpay’s systems.
MC Vendor Hub shall not be liable for:
Payment failures, delays, or reversals
Technical issues, downtime, or errors of Razorpay
Incorrect charges due to bank, UPI, or network issues
Unauthorized transactions caused by third-party systems beyond reasonable control
Any payment-related issues must be raised directly with Razorpay or the respective bank/payment provider.
Transaction Status & Confirmation
Successful payments will be confirmed via:
On-screen confirmation
Email or SMS from Razorpay and/or MC Vendor Hub
If a transaction is marked successful by Razorpay but services are not activated, Vendors must contact MC Vendor Hub support with payment details.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where expressly stated.
Chargebacks, disputes, or reversals initiated through Razorpay or banks may result in:
Temporary suspension of services
Recovery of amounts due
Administrative charges, where applicable
MC Vendor Hub reserves the right to contest chargebacks where misuse or policy violations are detected.
Taxes & Compliance
All payments are subject to applicable GST and statutory taxes.
Razorpay may deduct applicable transaction or processing fees.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and tax information.
Security
Razorpay follows industry-standard security practices and PCI-DSS compliance.
MC Vendor Hub follows reasonable industry-standard security practices but does not guarantee absolute security.

19. Privacy & Data Protection

MC Vendor Hub is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of Vendor data. This Platform is operated by My Chitti Technologies Pvt Ltd and follows applicable Indian data protection and information technology laws.
1. Collection of Information
MC Vendor Hub may collect and process the following information from Vendors and their authorized staff:
Business details (name, address, contact information)
Government-issued identification and verification documents (where required)
Login credentials and account-related information
Transaction, subscription, and billing details
Usage data, logs, and technical information
Communications exchanged through the Platform
Content uploaded by Vendors (products, services, invoices, images, documents, etc.)
Information is collected solely for legitimate business purposes, including verification, platform operations, compliance, billing, and service improvement.
2. Use of Information
Vendor information may be used to:
Create, manage, and maintain Vendor accounts
Verify identity and business authenticity
Provide platform features and services
Process subscriptions and payments
Communicate important updates, alerts, and notices
Improve platform functionality, security, and performance
Comply with legal, regulatory, or governmental requirements
MC Vendor Hub does not sell Vendor personal data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
Vendor information may be shared only:
With authorized employees, service providers, or partners strictly on a need-to-know basis
With third-party service providers (such as payment gateways, messaging services, or cloud providers) solely to enable platform functionality
When required by law, court order, or government authority
To prevent fraud, misuse, security threats, or policy violations
All such disclosures are made in accordance with applicable laws and contractual safeguards.
4. Data Security
MC Vendor Hub implements reasonable industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect Vendor data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
However, Vendors acknowledge that:
No digital platform can guarantee absolute security
Data transmission over the internet involves inherent risks
Vendors are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and restricting access to authorized users only.
5. Data Retention
Vendor data will be retained:
For as long as the Vendor maintains an active account
As required to comply with legal, regulatory, or accounting obligations
For resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, or preventing fraud
Upon account termination, data may be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law.
6. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors agree to:
Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws
Obtain necessary consents from customers or staff whose data is processed through the Platform
Use customer data only for legitimate business purposes
Protect customer information from unauthorized access or misuse
MC Vendor Hub is not responsible for data misuse by Vendors or their staff.
7. User & Customer Data
MC Vendor Hub acts as a data facilitator, not the data owner, for customer information collected by Vendors.
Vendors are the primary data controllers for customer data collected through their business activities.
8. Privacy Policy
This clause must be read together with MC Vendor Hub’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
In case of any conflict, the Privacy Policy shall prevail with respect to data protection matters.
9. Changes to Privacy Practices
MC Vendor Hub may update its data protection practices from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised practices.

20. Platform-Related Disputes

This section applies only to disputes related to the MC Vendor Hub platform itself and is separate from Vendor–Customer disputes.
1. Scope of Platform-Related Disputes
Platform-related disputes include, but are not limited to:
Access to the MC Vendor Hub platform or dashboard
Subscription plans, pricing, billing, or payment processing
Feature availability, limitations, or changes
Account suspension, restriction, or termination
Display of listings, rankings, visibility, badges, or stamps
Technical issues, downtime, bugs, or performance concerns
Interpretation or enforcement of these Terms & Conditions
2. Exclusion of Vendor–Customer Disputes
MC Vendor Hub does not handle, mediate, or resolve:
Disputes between Vendors and their customers or end users
Issues related to service quality, pricing, delivery, refunds, or warranties
Claims arising from Vendor products, services, or representations
All such disputes are the sole responsibility of the Vendor.
3. Resolution Process
In the event of a platform-related dispute:
The Vendor must first contact MC Vendor Hub support in writing with full details of the issue.
MC Vendor Hub will make reasonable efforts to review and respond within a commercially reasonable time.
If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be resolved in accordance with the Governing Law & Dispute Resolution clause of these Terms.
4. No Service Level Guarantee
MC Vendor Hub does not guarantee:
Continuous or uninterrupted platform availability
Error-free operation
Specific response or resolution timelines
Temporary disruptions or changes do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
5. Limitation of Claims
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Platform-related disputes shall be limited to direct issues arising from the Platform itself
MC Vendor Hub shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform-related disputes
Any claim shall be subject to the Limitation of Liability provisions of these Terms
6. Final Authority
MC Vendor Hub’s decision regarding:
Platform functionality
Feature availability
Subscription enforcement
Badge or stamp eligibility
shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

21. Inquiry Confirmation, Staff Assignment & Employee Verification

MC Vendor Hub works in coordination with My Chitti to ensure transparent, safe, and trusted service delivery for users.
Inquiry & Confirmation Workflow
The standard workflow for service enquiries is as follows:
A User submits an inquiry through the My Chitti platform.
The Vendor reviews and agrees to handle the inquiry.
The Vendor confirms service details with the User via phone or other permitted communication.
After confirmation, the Vendor sends a service confirmation request to the User through the platform.
Upon User acceptance, the request is officially assigned to a staff member or service professional associated with the Vendor and relevant location.
Mandatory Employee Profile & Identity Disclosure
For user safety, transparency, and trust, the Vendor must ensure that the assigned employee (including but not limited to service engineers, technicians, delivery personnel, or field staff) has a complete and accurate profile uploaded on MC Vendor Hub before the service visit.
The employee profile must include:
Full name
Mobile phone number
Recent photograph
Valid government-issued ID proof
Assigned service location (where applicable)
This information will be visible to the User in advance, enabling the User to know who is visiting their home or premises.
Vendor Responsibility
The entire responsibility for collecting, uploading, verifying, and maintaining employee data lies solely with the Vendor.
Vendors must ensure that:
Employee information is accurate, up to date, and genuine
Any changes in staff assignment or identity are updated immediately
No unauthorized or unverified person is assigned to a User request
MC Vendor Hub and My Chitti do not verify or certify individual employees and rely on the information provided by the Vendor.
Misuse, Abuse & Brand Protection
Vendors acknowledge that:
Any misuse of this feature, including:
Uploading fake, misleading, or incorrect employee details
Assigning unauthorized personnel
Misrepresenting staff identity
Using the feature in a way that compromises user safety
shall be treated as a serious violation of platform policies.
Legal Consequences
Any misuse that:
Harms Users
Damages the reputation, goodwill, or brand of My Chitti or MC Vendor Hub
Results in complaints, safety concerns, or regulatory scrutiny
may lead to:
Immediate suspension or termination of the Vendor account
Removal of access to inquiry and assignment features
Legal action, including claims for damages, as permitted under applicable law
Acknowledgement
By using MC Vendor Hub, Vendors explicitly acknowledge and accept that:
Employee data management is a mandatory obligation
Failure to comply may result in platform penalties and legal consequences
MC Vendor Hub and My Chitti shall not be liable for issues arising from incorrect or misused employee information provided by the Vendor

22. Manual Business Listings & Claiming Your Profile

To build a useful service directory, MC Vendor Hub may initially create basic business listings using publicly available online information.
Purpose of Manual Listings
Manual listings act as placeholders for businesses
They help customers discover services in their local area
They do not imply verification, approval, or partnership
Claiming & Managing Your Listing
Business owners can claim their listing at any time through MC Vendor Hub.
Once claimed, the Vendor can:
Update and correct business details
Add products and services
Manage customer enquiries
Assign staff and service professionals
Enable verification badges and subscriptions
After claiming, the Vendor becomes fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and management of the listing.
Verification Status
Manual listings are not verified by default
“MC Verified” or “MC Trusted” badges are applied only after eligibility and approval
MC Vendor Hub does not guarantee accuracy of unclaimed listings
Right to Edit or Remove
My Chitti and MC Vendor Hub reserve the right to:
Modify or update manually created listings
Correct outdated or inaccurate information
Remove a listing upon a valid request from the business owner
Objections & Corrections
If a business owner believes that:
A listing is incorrect
Information is outdated or misrepresented
Their business should not be listed
They may contact support, and we will promptly review and take appropriate action.

23. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of MC Vendor Hub shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
Subject to the above, courts at Tirupati shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
