Welcome to MC Vendor Hub . By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
This document is an electronic record in terms of the amended Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules and regulation made thereunder. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the Terms for access or usage of MC Vendor Hub service via MC Vendor Hub Portals. This document meets the stipulations and conditions mentioned in Section 65B (2) of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872.

1. Definitions
As used in these Terms of Service, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “MC”, “ Chitti ” and “MC Vendor Hub”  refers to MC Vendor Hub TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and its parent entity.
“Platform” refers to the MC Vendor Hub  website, mobile application, and related services.
 “User”,  "You" or "Your",  "Vendor",  "MC Vendor",  "MC Vendor Staff" refers to any individual or business using the platform.
MC Vendor Hub is a comprehensive business and professional platform that helps vendors, service providers, and enterprises manage their operations digitally. Our services include:
Business Listings & Directory Services – helping users discover vendors across categories and locations.
E-commerce & POS Tools – enabling vendors to manage inventory, billing, payments, and sales channels.
Lead & Enquiry Management – connecting vendors with potential customers through calls, messages, and online requests.
Value-Added Services – including WhatsApp messaging, OCR, chatbots, GST invoicing, and more.
MC Vendor Hub acts as a facilitator to connect vendors with users and to provide digital tools for business growth. However, MC Vendor Hub does not guarantee sales, leads, or business outcomes. Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their information, service quality, and compliance with laws.
By continuing to use MC Vendor Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Vendor Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
Vendors must provide accurate business details, including GST number, licenses, and permits where applicable.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. Use of Services
Users agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
Unauthorized activities such as data scraping, reverse engineering, or misuse of tools are strictly prohibited.
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of information uploaded (product listings, invoices, inventory, etc.).
MC Vendor Hub provides Vendors with tools to:
Showcase products and services.
Manage customer orders, billing, and staff tasks.
Communicate with customers.
Access digital business tools for growth.
MC Vendor Hub acts only as a digital facilitator and does not guarantee sales, revenue, or customer engagement.

4. Subscription & Fees
Vendors may be required to pay subscription fees or other charges for access to premium tools and services.
All fees paid to MC Vendor Hub are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise.
MC Vendor Hub reserves the right to revise its pricing structure with prior notice.
Paid Services & Leads
Certain services, including paid enquiries/leads, may require subscription or payment.
Payment terms will be specified at the time of purchase.
Once a paid lead is delivered, MC Vendor Hub is not responsible for conversion, customer response, or outcome.
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Third-Party Charges
Vendors acknowledge that additional charges may apply for third-party integrations and value-added services, including but not limited to:
WhatsApp messaging fees
OCR (Optical Character Recognition) usage fees
Chatbot integration or usage costs
GST and other statutory taxes
Other external service provider charges as applicable


These charges will be communicated to vendors as applicable and are payable in addition to subscription or service fees.

5. Refunds & Cancellations
Subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.
Customer refunds (if applicable) must be processed by the Vendor in accordance with consumer protection laws.
MC Vendor Hub is not liable for refund disputes between Vendors and Customers.

6. Payments & Settlement
Payments collected from users may be routed through MC Vendor Hub’s payment partners.
Settlement timelines and deductions (such as transaction charges or commissions) will be communicated to the Vendor.
Vendors may not withhold subscription or settlement amounts against disputes (“No Set-Off”).

7. Vendor Obligations
Vendors agree to:
Provide truthful, accurate, and updated information about their business, products, and services.
Deliver services and products in compliance with applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and GST regulations.
Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities.
Ensure their staff and representatives conduct business with professionalism and courtesy.
Fulfill customer orders and honor commitments made through the platform.

8. Data & Privacy
The User/Client alone is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her username, password and other sensitive information in Software. User/Client is responsible for all activities that occur in his/her Software or any other product and he/she agrees to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of their user account by email to mychitti@mychitti.net  or by calling us on any of the numbers listed on https://mychitti.net/contact. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to his/her or to any third party incurred as a result of any unauthorized access and/or use of his/her user account, or otherwise. We are neither responsible for any kind of data loss as performing necessary backups on data is solely the User’s responsibility. MC Vendor Hub  is not responsible for any kind of data discrepancy or any type of loss occurred due to data discrepancy/software issue.
Data Ownership
The User owns the content created or stored by him / her as we respect his/her right to ownership of content created or stored by them. The Users use of the Services/Product does grant MC Vendor Hub  the license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish or distribute the content created by them or stored in the user’s account for MC Vendor Hub  internal purpose. MC Vendor Hub  tries keeping Users data safe but holds zero responsibility in case of data leaks or any attack of virus or hacking attempt.

9. Intellectual Property & Branding
Vendors retain ownership of their business names, logos, and content.
By listing on MC Vendor Hub, Vendors grant MC Vendor Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their brand names, logos, and content for platform marketing and promotional purposes.
MC Vendor Hub’s trademarks, logos, and software remain the exclusive property of MC Vendor Hub.

10. VENDOR DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendors acknowledge and agree that:
Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information, content, and materials they provide to MC Vendor Hub for listing or display.
MC Vendor Hub publishes Vendor information strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind regarding business outcomes, lead generation, or sales conversion.
Vendors understand and accept that errors in listing position, category, or visibility may occur, and MC Vendor Hub shall not be held liable for such discrepancies.
Vendors shall not hold MC Vendor Hub liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including (without limitation) loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, even if Vendors have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
MC Vendor Hub’s total liability towards any Vendor, under any cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Vendor to MC Vendor Hub during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
MC Vendor Hub is not responsible for misrepresentation of Vendor details if the same has been published or communicated based on information provided directly by the Vendor or its authorised representatives.
Vendor–End Customer Disputes
Vendors further acknowledge that any disputes, complaints, or claims arising between a Vendor and its end customers (including product defects, service quality issues, payments, deliveries, or refunds) are the sole responsibility of the Vendor. MC Vendor Hub acts only as a facilitator and shall not be held liable for resolving or mediating such disputes.


11. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if users violate these Terms.
In case of fraud, misuse, or illegal activity, accounts may be terminated without prior notice, but fees paid will not be refunded.

12. Updates & Modifications
We may update services, features, or these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in  Tirupati
